Welcome to the University of Maryland's Meter Postage Billing Management System(MTRBILL).  The MTRBILL system makes the monthly meter postage bills available on the web.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for Departmental Mail Service Charge Card Users

On 1/6/2014, the University’s financial system is converting from FRS to KFS.

Our Division of Information Technology programming partners have created a program to convert the FRS account number printed on existing Departmental Mail Service Charge cards to a KFS account number when the monthly bill is processed for charge back.

Therefore, please continue to use your existing blue and cream colored Departmental Mail Service Charge cards for USPS mail.

In late Spring 2014, the Metered Postage Program will be converted to KFS. You will be notified when this is scheduled to occur. If you have any questions, please contact Jonathan Johnson on x59333 or Lisa McAllister on x59319.

Effective with the 7/19/2012 billing cycle, access to metered postage bills has changed. The metered postage billing has migrated to a new system. The bills will look a little different but should provide you with the same information as the old bills. Your access authority should not have changed with the migration. To access your bills:

  • Select New MTR Bill Reports
  • Select MTR0020A Meter Postage Billing Report
  • Select the billing period report parameter for the period you want
  • Select Run Report

Older bills will still be available from the MTR Billing Reports link. If you have any problems accessing your bills, please contact Jonathan Johnson at 301.405.9333.
